Meet Natalie
As an experienced coach, my mission is to help women gain confidence and strength without sacrificing the things they love. We are too often influenced by social media and online platforms that tell us how we should eat or train.
However, most of the time, these solutions are not necessarily the right choice for you. It is my role as a coach to support your growth and development as a person during our time working together by using practical and sustainable approaches to training and diet. Looking and feeling your best is not about struggling and sacrifice, it’s about making positive changes that you can sustain.

With over 5 years experience in the fitness industry, Natalie is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals in fitness. No matter how big or small your goals are, Natalie works closely with her clients to help them succeed! She specialises in strength and conditioning styled training with hypertrophy, to ensure clients develop healthy and stronger bodies at all ages!
